Grown in Tadotsu Town, Kagawa Prefecture, this extra virgin olive oil is pressed by Ao no Diamond Corporation from olives hand-picked by the Tadotsu Olive Production Cooperative and milled within 24 hours of harvest. The 100% domestic oil offers a fresh, rich aroma and flavour with no blending. Katsu Hosokawa leads the company that oversees production.
