This delicate and fruity extra virgin olive oil from Allpress Olive Groves offers a smooth and balanced flavour profile with subtle fruity notes that provide an instant lift to any dish. Produced from 100% Waiheke Island olives, it was cold-pressed in June, achieving an exceptionally low free fatty acid content, ensuring premium quality and freshness. Ideal for everyday use, it pairs beautifully with salads, grilled vegetables, seafood, and light proteins, enhancing flavours without overpowering them.
