Agrolaguna Ol Istria Crnica is an extra virgin olive oil from the Crnica variety, known for its dark purple olives at full maturity. This green-yellow oil boasts a rounded fruity aroma and sweet taste notes of olive, almond, apple, and fresh chicory, with pleasant mild bitterness and spiciness. Perfectly balanced, it enhances grilled blue and white fish, cold fish appetizers, cod, salads, soups, and meat specialties.
