Sourced from Org De Rac Estate in Piketberg, Western Cape, this certified organic extra virgin olive oil is produced from hand-harvested olives grown in isolated groves influenced by Atlantic breezes. The terroir, bordered by the Berg River and Piketberg Mountain, supports cultivation without chemical treatments. Cold-extracted within hours of harvest, the oil displays a medium style with grassy and subtle peppery notes. Acidity levels are below 0.8%. Suitable for dressings, drizzling, and general cooking.
