Černeka Istarska Bjelica is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil from the autochthonous Istrian variety, with a gold-green colour hinting its quality. It features pronounced spiciness and bitterness, with intense, rich aromas complemented by scents of medicinal herbs, particularly mint and rosemary. This oil pairs with robust dishes such as bitter vegetables, ripe cheeses, Istrian boškarin steak, bear claws, and grilled boar.
